My Favorite Photos
Photography is personal. Every image tells a story, captures a moment, or evokes a feeling. Here are three of my favorite photographs and a little about why they mean so much to me.

Isolation — Lunenburg, Nova Scotia
This black-and-white long exposure was taken near Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. I love the contrast between the movement in the water and sky and the stillness of the dock and small fishing house. Every time I look at it, I think about isolation—not in a lonely way, but in a quiet, peaceful sense. It's one of those images that makes me pause.

Eagle & Moon — Westhampton, New York
I took this on an early morning when everything seemed to line up just right: a deep blue sky, the moon still visible, and a bald eagle perched in a nearby tree. It's one of my favorite wildlife images and earned second place in a photography competition. I've always been fascinated by the moon, and with people returning to explore it, this photo feels especially meaningful to me.

Low Point Lighthouse Sunrise — Nova Scotia
Some sunrises are beautiful, and some are unforgettable. This was one of the latter. The colorful sky and dramatic clouds created an incredible backdrop for Low Point Lighthouse, making it one of the most eye-catching scenes I've photographed. I still find myself coming back to this image just because of the way the light and color came together.
